Bishop Rodney Mullins has 25 years of experience as a Senior Pastor. He is in his 9th year as Lead Pastor of the Church. He also is an author of the  book, "With Wings As Eagles." He operates in the office of an Apostle and teaches on the anointing of the Five Fold Ministry.  He is leading Life Church in growth on many different levels.

Pastor Mullins has served as a Bishop, a District Bishop, Coordinator of Youth and Evangelism for Upstate New York, Coordinator for Pastors Care, Chairman of Ministerial Development, Chairman of Examining Board and Member of the State Missions board.

Pastor Mullins is a Kingdom thinker and teaches the spiritual laws that bring the Kingdom blessings to the local church. 

Valerie Mullins is an accomplished song writer and worship leader. She is also gifted in teaching and pulpit ministry.
